5. Shipping Charges

At NookNex.com, we aim to offer affordable and transparent shipping rates.

  • Free Shipping:
    On all prepaid orders above ₹999 across India.
  • Standard Shipping Fee:
    For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹79–₹149 may apply depending on the delivery location and product category.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery):
    Available for select products and PIN codes, subject to an additional handling fee of ₹50.
  • Bulk Orders:
    For large or heavy items (e.g., furniture, garden tools), shipping charges may vary. Customers will be notified of any additional costs before dispatch.

We never include hidden charges — all applicable shipping costs will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

9. Delivery Attempts and Re-delivery

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times at the given address.
If the delivery fails due to the following reasons:

  • Recipient unavailable,
  • Wrong address or phone number,
  • Refusal to accept the parcel, or
  • Non-payment for COD orders,

The order will be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases:

  • We may deduct return shipping costs from your refund (if applicable).
  • Re-delivery can be arranged after additional shipping charges are paid.

    Failure to verify or confirm may delay shipment.

Repeated refusals of COD parcels may result in suspension of COD privileges for future purchases.
